Springtree Roofing and Restoration was formed from the ground-up in North Texas in 2009. Co-workers and close friends, AJ Huckaby and Seth Wardlow, created the company after early careers in the corporate restaurant world (AJ) and landscape contracting (Seth). Through their upbringings, early careers and almost a decade running Springtree, they understand the value of hard work and the importance of both quality and customer service. Trough their leadership, these cornerstones run deep in Springtree’s company culture and in every team member.
We service the Collin and Cooke County surrounding areas. Our clients are all over North Texas. We have constructed, improved, expanded, and redesigned homes and businesses in the area of North Dallas, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Sherman, Gainesville to Denton through Frisco and back toward the Highland Park and Park Cities areas including Preston Hollow. Most recently you can see us tarping roofs for homeowners impacted by the Wylie TX tornadoes in 2016. Even if you are not in our primary service area we can help you. Don’t hesitate to contact us and tell us about the Roof Replacement you need or the Construction Project you have planned. We look forward to serving you!
Springtree Roofing and Restoration is an award-winning Dallas area roofing, restoration and renovation company. We provide residential roofing, commercial roofing, storm restoration and fire and water restoration. We also provide home renovations, including room additions, bathroom remodels and kitchen remodels.
The foundation of our business comes from the core of who we are. Springtree Roofing and Restoration is built on the firm underpinnings of our identity in Christ and rooted in the encouragement and support of our families.
It is a privilege to be invited to work on someone’s home or business property, and we don’t take that lightly. We are committed to high standards, excellent customer service and treating others the way we would want to be treated.
Licensed to Roof
Springtree Roofing and Restoration holds a license for roofing work from RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas), License #01-0245. The state of Texas does not require any licensing, certification or registration of roofers or general contractors, which means that anyone can call themselves a roofer. To help alleviate the issues this causes, RCAT offers a voluntary licensing program, with rigorous testing and continuing education requirements, and we are proud to be licensed through it. If a roofing contractor in Texas says they are licensed, ask them to see a copy of it and/or for their license #. You can also call RCAT at 888.997.6631 to verify.
Many Texas consumers are surprised to learn that the state of Texas also has no requirements related to insurance for roofing contractors or general contractors. That means, unfortunately, that many Texas contractors don’t carry any insurance. At Springtree, we carry both liability insurance and workman’s compensation insurance, so you can rest assured as we work on your property.
Spingtree Roofing and Restoration stands behind its work, offering a standard five-year workmanship warranty on residential roof replacements (and sometimes more for new commercial roofing systems). Enhanced roof warranty options are also available.
NO High Pressure Sales Tactics
When you request a free roof inspection or project consultation from Springtree, you can rest assured that you will NOT be inviting any high-pressure sales tactics or obligations. Instead, one of our project managers will contact you to arrange an initial inspection/consultation, collecting information, measurements and other details.
Next, they will create a detailed scope of work and written estimate and will then review it with you plus answer any questions you may have. If you decide to proceed, your project manager will work with you to select materials and review the final project cost and design. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll all sign the contract and then Springtree will submit the appropriate permit application paperwork, order materials and schedule your project. When work begins, the same project manager will be your point of contact throughout the project.
In short, our estimate and pre-project process will follow these steps:
- Conduct initial inspection and consultation, collecting measurements and details
- Create of an accurate scope of work and written estimate
- Review the estimate with you and answer any questions
- Select materials and review project cost and design
- Sign the contract and submit the appropriate permit application
- Order materials and schedule the project
- Begin project
